Focus the Nation

SEED is helping organize a series of events thoughout the month of January for Focus the Nation, a nation-wide interdisciplinary dialogue about global warming solutions, with over 1,000 other campuses participating.
Bringing global warming into the classroom
We are inviting U faculty to teach one lesson for one day linking their class with climate change issues, and hosting panel sessions with political and faith leaders to create serious discussion about clean energy solutions and influence effective policy.
Why is this event important?
The intent is to recognize that solutions must come from a holistic understanding of the world, and engage millions of students around the country to apply their knowledge in ways to create a just and healthier world.
