Environmental Studies students have partnered up with The Office of Sustainability, ASUU, and The Bennion Center to establish a program to effectively reuse & recycle unneeded waste on campus!
About the Event
This was a massive effort to collect reusable goods from student housing that would otherwise be thrown away at the end of the semester.
We collected items donated by students moving out of residence halls such as clothes, electronics, lamps, couches, pillows, etc.
For the pilot year of this program we are donating all the items received to the Big Brothers, Big Sisters and Mentoring Refugees organizations.
